Silica (“we”, “us”, “our”) is built by Arovia Labs. Silica is currently in development and not yet available. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors to this site, why, and how it’s handled. It is not legal advice.
What we collect
If you join the launch waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. We may also collect basic, aggregate analytics if any about how the site is used (for example, which pages are visited), which does not identify you individually. We do not collect payment information, IPTV credentials, or account details on this site — those are entered only inside the Silica app itself, on your device, once it is available.
Why we collect it
We store your waitlist email for one purpose: to write to you once, when Silica launches. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.
Lawful basis
We process your waitlist email on the basis of your consent — you choose to submit it. You can withdraw consent and ask us to delete it at any time by contacting us below.
Retention
We keep your waitlist email until we’ve sent the one launch notification it was collected for, or until you ask us to delete it sooner, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it’s used. To exercise any of these, email us at the address below.
Third parties
We use third-party infrastructure providers, such as hosting, to run this site. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments; we do not share your information with them for any other purpose.
